Basically, the accounts in the call center I have worked for are catalog projects. These are different American companies with different products to offer, from healthcare products, to clothes, furnitures, and even flowers. Our main role is to take orders through phone and answer simple questions (like product details, availability, company policies, and tracking orders) from the customer. Due to the nature of the business, we were able to function as customer service representatives.
I know how to use MS Word and
Powerpoint presentation. I also know a little about Excel and Photoshop.
I am willing to be trained to do the job you wanted to offer, and I require minimal supervision.
