Lead Generation Specialist: Experienced in Handling Inbound and Outbound calls -
Texting and Interface with leads to generate interest and close deals.
Answer, screen, and return phone calls in a professional manner.
Schedule, reschedule, confir ---------- etings, and complete other calendar management
task as needed.

CRM Administration: Experienced in transferring qualified leads to CRM's, adding and missing information for enhanced data accuracy and efficiency.

Customer Support Role: Respond to customers directly by phone, chat and/or any other request so that their needs are met.
