• Establishes, maintains and expands network with users, designers, architects, engineers, developers, contractors, specifiers, etc, to promote products for projects.
• Maintains good relations with dealers to make certain that products are made available to them in timely manner.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves problems on transactions pertaining to projects.
• Liases with other departments in the Company to resolve administrative and operational issues affecting sales to projects.
• Analyses and appraises effectiveness of sales methods and costs vis-à-vis results; utilizes most cost-effective sales to projects.
• Relays information on projects that need after sales service; ensures timely and efficient after-sales service leading to client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a solid knowledge of Process Systems and Solutions (PSS) and other Business Units products and Industry applications
• Analyze customers RFQ (Request for Quote) for project proposals, raise and resolve any queries
• Prepare quotations for Long Term Service Agreements and issue renewals within the set target
• Solution architect during pursuit and proposal phase by defining innovative and efficient solutions to fit customers’ requirements
• Responsible for the generation of all project proposal deliverables (Bill of Material, Table of Compliance, System Architecture, Technical Solution and Commercial Proposal) using various proposal tools ensuring accuracy and completeness of the financial estimates
• Collaborate, communicate and align activities with the Asia Pacific sales teams and Project Engineering to understand customer needs and requirements
• Organize and/or attend internal proposal kick off and review meetings; report on assigned tasks and assumes full ownership of assigned actions
• Follow the correct working methods, procedures, tools
• Cooperate with Sales Engineers and customers for the scope clarification
• Define the optimal C&I solution for the pursuing project
• Prepare technical proposals, create vital documents
• Calculate and analyze project costs for both budgetary and firm offers
• Cooperate with other departments for scope and costs definition
• Active participation in the technical meetings with the Customers and Subcontractors
