Profile Description

I bring extensive experience in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services, with a strong background in scheduling, dispatch coordination, back office tasks, data entry, email, chat, messaging, and administrative operations for wheelchair and ambulatory transportation. I oversee the team and daily trip scheduling, driver availability, and dispatch workflows to ensure on-time performance, accuracy, and seamless coordination with drivers, facilities, and clients.

In addition to my NEMT experience, I have held roles as a General Virtual Assistant, Administrative and Back Office Coordinator, Scheduler, Dispatcher, Email and Chat Support Specialist, Customer Service and Customer Support Representative, Data Entry Specialist, Troubleshooting Support, Digital Layout Designer, Social Media Manager, and Real Estate Data Entry Assistant, and more. This diverse background has strengthened my adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to support multiple operational functions effectively.

I am highly proficient in Excel and spreadsheet management, including the use of VLOOKUP and conditional formatting, to manage schedules, mileage logs, and dispatch reports. I have hands-on experience with scheduling platforms such as MediRoutes and Bambi, basic knowledge of Routegenie,
creating revenue schedules to support billing accuracy, assisting drivers, patients, and brokers with appointment-related concerns, and ensuring confidentiality and accurate timekeeping through QuickBooks. I was a support and led the team for dispatching. I am known for my strong organizational skills, professional communication, and solutions-driven approach that supports efficient operations and business growth.

I also have experience in retention support. In that role, I worked directly with clients to resolve issues, improve satisfaction, and retain services, often using Excel to track interactions, follow-ups, and account notes. This gave me strong communication and problem-solving skills, which I’ve carried into every position since.  

I am 100 percent dedicated to going above and beyond to fulfill my responsibilities. I know I have some leadership qualities, so I will also groom myself so that my good qualities are enhanced. I want to become a role model for my juniors, siblings, and co-workers.
