Worked for 5 years on the BPO industry with various International Companies. I help clients in regards with their concerns about the products or the services as a whole. We provide assistance from Technical aspects to Customer Care. Mostly we handle product/service outages and subscription/billing related concerns.
One of my task is to make sure the that company website is ready to be found by search engines. I handle the technical aspects of SEO such as meta tag descriptions, crawlability, indexing and site optimization. I worked with the marketing team to analyze the appropriate keywords that are needed. We want to make sure that the people who are looking for our services would find us.
I am good on developing websites. It is a part of my duty that the website of the company or client would behave the way we want it to be. I also develop it in a way that the websites can be used by non-developers for simple tasks such as changing the image or uploading a blog.
Currently working as a Webmaster for a client. It is the task of the webmaster to function as a Developer, an Admin and a Technician of the company's/client's domain. From uploading DNS records (whenever necessary) to assisting the marketing team, the task of the webmaster is to make sure that the company's virtual resources are being used, maintained and maximized.
As part of website development, creating or editing multimedia is a set of skills needed. I used Photoshop to optimize the images. I am also skilled at designing a webpage either by using html scripts or designing it on CRM's like Wordpress
I started on the BPO Industry as a Technical/Customer Support Representative (I believe the title is just the same since tech supports are require to function as customer care nowadays). My job primarily focuses on providing assistance or fix the products/service or use alternative means to resolve the concern. It is also our scope to maintain a lasting relationship between the brand and the client.
