I’m an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including email & calendar management, updating CRMs, project and  document organization, client onboarding/offboarding and communication, leag gen, and providing overall support to ensure smooth operations.

I am also experienced in the e-commerce industry, with skills in product listing, managing inventory, customer service, and order processing.

I also have foundational experience with accounting tools like QuickBooks and Xero, along with exposure to automation tools such as Zapier, Google Apps Script, and Claude to support and streamline workflows. I’m continuously building my skills in these areas and enjoy finding ways to improve processes, organize systems, and make day-to-day operations more efficient.
