I have experience working with SAP BRIM, where I supported key processes such as dunning, collections, invoicing, and toll enforcement. My role involved assisting with system configuration, business process documentation, system testing, and ensuring workflows operated smoothly. I also worked on data migration activities and have knowledge of SAP CPQ for quote management.
In addition, I am currently gaining Quality Assurance (QA) experience, where I assist in creating test plans, test cases, and bug reports, as well as performing manual testing to identify defects and ensure system functionality meets requirements. This has strengthened my skills in software testing, documentation, and defect tracking.
Aside from IT, I have also worked in areas such as article writing, virtual assistance, electrical design, and administrative support. These experiences helped me develop strong adaptability, organization, and communication skills, allowing me to deliver quality results while meeting deadlines. I am motivated, detail-oriented, and always eager to learn new tools and technologies to meet client and project needs.
