My career began in IT support at PETCO, where I discovered how much I enjoyed helping people solve problems and making their workday easier. That foundation led me to Amazon as a Senior Quality Specialist, where I shifted from fixing issues to understanding them through data, uncovering trends, and presenting insights that improved customer experience.
In 2018, I stepped into a defining chapter as an Escalations & Control Center Team Manager for Bell Canada under Quantrics. Leading teams across customer service, tech support, and sales taught me how to balance data with empathy and guide people through tough, fast-paced situations.
More recently, as a Virtual Assistant and Operations Manager for Orion Housing, I supported property managers, coordinated maintenance teams, and kept operations running smoothly in a fully remote environment. That role strengthened my ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate clearly across different stakeholders.
