• Administrative & Data Support — Database entry, spreadsheet cleaning (Google Sheets, MS Excel), digital file organization, and data migration.
• Business Communications — Professional email correspondence using client templates, customer support chat handling, and client/guest coordination.
• Web & Systems Management — Content updates and workflow tracking on Squarespace, MailerLite, and Trello.
