First of all, I am not a graduate of any degree. I shall say, I have some extensive experience in call center industry. i have been a Technical Support Rep for 3 years now.
My skills includes but not limited to:
*Article Writing. I was part of the team in our school paper back in high school. I have participated on Divisional and Regional competitions for Journalism particularly on Sports and Feature Story writing. In connection with this I am adept in using MS Word. I was also the official encoder in our high school. Teachers and Faculty Staff requires my help in their encoding needs like; test papers, term papers, lesson plans, etc.
*Basic HTML. I have studied basic web design on my own by reading and learning from sites. My knowledge about this does not include JAVA and other programming.
*Basic to Advance PC Troubleshooting, including Networking. My knowledge about this is based on experience working on call centers.
