-Estimate and Costing of Mechanical/HVAC Works, Plumbing and Sanitary Works and Fire Protections Works.
-Prepare Contract Package for the Mechanical/HVAC Works, Plumbing and Sanitary Works and Fire Protections Works.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain the quotations and technical information in line with the project requirements/specifications
-Review and Checking the Request for Approval of the Materials, Equipment and Method Statement.
-Provide Technical answer to resolve the Request for Information and technical queries from the contractor.
-Manage and Oversee the Construction of the Project to achieve successful completion of the Project, Meeting the Budget, Schedule, Quality and Safety Requirements.
-Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Accomplishment Reports.
-Attend Coordination and Technical Meeting with Designer, Consultant and Contractors.
-Ensure all documents provide by the contractor are done and completely meet the specifications requirements.
-Review and Evaluate Proposals, Change Order and Billings submitted by the Contractor.
