Profile Description

I have worked for many respected clients doing VA jobs for lead management, marketing and dispositions in real estate. My expertise includes managing CRM (Podio, Salesforce, REI Blackbook, GoHighLevel) screening leads, list pulling and skiptracing (Privy, Batchleads, Propstream, DirectSkip, TruePeopleSearch) setting up walkthroughs for our boots on the ground to take photos/videos, build buyers list (search their contact information through Open Corporates and county website, skiptrace their contact information) reach out and get their buying criteria and POF if necessary, set up buyer inspection, preparing contracts (Purchase Agreement, Assignment of Contracts etc.) opening escrow with Title Company.

I can understand and follow instructions very well and handle large quantity of work. I do SMS/email marketing (Batchleads, Smarter Contact, Mailchimp) for clients and post deals in Craigslist, Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, etc. I am always open to learning new tools if there are different ones you prefer to work with. I can take on new work immediately and look forward to having you as my client!
