Profile Description

Having a 7-year experience in Bank, I have developed good oral and written communication skills and my typing speed was increased. We make sure that all concerns must be sent thru email (lotus notes and MS Outlook) to concerned department for immediate action and resolution. I see to it that it is well-monitored and gets back to client once resolution has been provided. I am exposed to fast-paced environment, so, multi-tasking and working with less supervision is a must. I also supervise people under my rank. I am hardworking, determined and an organized person. I manage my time properly and wisely. I am willing to learn and explore new things. I do research, Facebook and twitter during my free times. I know how to use MS Office applications and book airline tickets online.
During my spare time, I edit personal photos using Photoshop though I am not good in it.
I also write articles as content to my blogs. I have experience in bookmarking and back linking for 1 year now. I want to work in an organization where I can share and as well enhance my skills.
