Profile Description

I have been a call center agent at Stream Global Services for 3 years and 9 months already and my tasks are to assist customers with there technical and non-technical concerns for there Voip service. In this job, I am able to walk through customers on how to resolve there concerns over the phone. I also have good working relationship with the customers I helped and got positive response from them. Aside from this,
have a good background on inventories since I have worked in a motorcycle company before. I am very knowledgeable on the use of MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint though far from being an expert. Also, I have good typing skills.
I can work with very minimal supervision and will guarantee
that I can accomplish tasks handed to me by your company. In relation to this,
I would be resourceful enough to ensure that I get things done according to your company's preference. I would also like to be part of expanding your company.
