Profile Description

I am a qualified Amazon Virtual Assistant with several years of experience as a Seller Support from Amazon FBA and at the same time, years of experience working as an Amazon Virtual Assistant for different Sellers. My previous work experiences working as a Seller Support directly from Amazon and Amazon Virtual Assistant provided me with the ideal experience for this position. I developed many of the skills required for this job, including handling Seller accounts, providing customer service, troubleshooting the listings, checking any potential reimbursements, monitoring the inventory performances and shipments, and most importantly being knowledgeable and updated about Amazon Policy. Strong creative and analytical skills. Team player with an eye for detail. Outstanding professional relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients. Able to employ professionalism, and superior communication skills in order to meet executives and the company’s needs.
