When I graduated in 2013, I got my first job two months after. I've worked for eight years where I met different types of people, and as a customer service representative, I also learned a lot of skills; Listening skills, decision making skills, positive attitude, positive language, problem solving, communication skills, patience, empathy, product knowledge, attentiveness, professionalism, willingness to learn, customer awareness and ability to over look. These skills maybe basic for some people but for me, a customer service representative must develop these skills to be able to adapt. When I became Inventory Senior officer, my skills are strengthened. I obtained certificates from the company I worked for. Because of the appreciation they showed, I became more committed and encouraged. I also became computer literate and I'm comfortable using Microsoft application.
