I've been using PHP and MySQL since 2010, together with CSS, JS, and HTML. Using these tools, I gather data from the database and display readable information depending on what the clients needs. Structuring the database is also part of what I usually do which is dependent on the data needed to be stored. I'm currently exploring the features of Yii PHP framework to create a simple application that would track purchases and sales. This way I would not forget how exciting web programming is. Additional features are constantly coming in so the evolution of the functions could not be avoided to make it reusable as much as possible. They have been using it to track the material purchases for each project and track their sales and project statuses. MVC's are best suited for this type of applications since developments would be faster. Then using Bootstrap and jQuery to deal with the user interface and Ajax to process user actions. I also have some experiences with Zend Framework. Modifying and adding new controller actions as needed. Since being a team player is a must in most cases, I had gathered some experience in using sub versioning using git and it made development to deployment a lot easier.
