Profile Description

I've done a lot of research work during my college years due to my thesis (which, by the way, is entitled "Genetic Diversity Analysis of 100 Sweetpotato Accessions Using Simple Sequence Repeats") and the English courses that I've taken up. I've got pretty high grades for both my English courses so I'd say that I'm quite good in spotting and correcting grammatical errors. I can work with MS Word well. I also know a bit about GIMP, Adobe Photoshop, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel but I'm far from being an expert at those fields. Currently, I am assisting in laboratory work at the University of the Philippines, Los Banos. I know a bit about molecular plant breeding, especially in sweetpotato. I am also knowledgeable in different laboratory techniques such as tissue culture, PCR amplification, and gel electrophoresis. I am a fast learner. Be assured that I will work hard to achieve my goals. I want a part-time job that can assist me in honing my skills as a researcher and article editor.
