Client Communication & Support Send material warranties, lien filed confirmations, and other post-build documentation to homeowners. Conduct and document post-construction calls. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the production process. Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination Send and manage subcontractor agreements and labor warranties. Track completion of subcontractor work for secondary trades. Upload and organize signed agreements and warranties in company records. Financial Tracking & Payment Processing Record client payments and reconcile accounts (including Bank of America transactions). Maintain and update the Collections Tracker, including adding homeowners and monitoring payment status.
