I am currently working as a Executive Assistant to the Office of the President (ABS-CBN Bayan Foundation, Inc.) with the following duties and responsibilities:
Manage, plan and organize the agenda/calendar of activities for the President including: coordinating the logistics including travel and accommodation arrangements, setting up conference calls, internal meetings and meetings with clients and affiliates and personal and professional events.
Assist the President in monitoring the results and progress of
project, programs and other tasks delegated by the President to the different Directors and Managers
Prepares the annual budget for the Office of the President
Coordinates with the different departments of the Foundation and Network for various concerns of Bayan
Receives, routes and dispatches incoming and outgoing communications
Oversees proper distribution of communications to various organizational units and staff.
In-charge of systematic records management of confidential files and documents.
Prepares purchase requisitions, cash advances/liquidations, request for payments
and other papers for processing and facilitates signing of these and its circulation to concerned departments or signatories
Participates in urgent meetings and leads in the documentation of meetings including planning workshops, institutional planning, etc.
Composes and prepares simple memoranda , letters, reports, messages and the like
Initiate and respond to correspondence such as e-mails, faxes and letters, handle telephone calls.
Maintain high quality of service and good relationship with employees and partners.
