Summary of Experience:
SAP S/4HANA – Material Management Module
- Conversion of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA (MM module) and CVI (Customer and Vendor Integration)
- Assessment or provide functional analysis related to
Procurement, Inventory Management, Master Data, Cross Topics and CVI (Customer
and Vendor Integration).
- Apply business and functional knowledge
including testing standards, and guidelines to meet the team and client requirements.
- Assist on S/4HANA testing, data preparation
and ensure that all test records were recorded with clear / understandable
details.
- Track all defects raised and ensure the closure and keeping defect respiratory up to date.
- Able to Create CVI and Logistics cookbooks and able to be part of conversion activities related to Logistics (Procurement) and Customer and Vendor Integration.

Logistics and Inventory Related
- Ensuring the accurate statistical demand forecast
per SKU bucketed into weeks, months, channels, depot, brand and category.
- Drives coordination meetings with Trade Marketing,
Sales, Operation and Supply Chain partners to concretize the demand plan and
the corresponding building blocks in supporting the targets.
- Places blanket PO timely to principals based on
agreed / approved demand plan with working capital constraints.      
- Review and recommends and comply to inventory
policies (EOQ, TIL, safety Stocks ABC classification, Pareto principle)
- Maintain product freshness; Pro-act on potential
excess, near expiry, slow moving and obsolete stocks to Trade Marketing and
Sales for depletion plan like bundling and promotions.
 - Lead and manage site sales and planning process to ensure alignment of all departments to deliver short to long term business goals through conducting regular S&OP meetings.
- Monthly monitoring of Sales to Stock Ratio (SSR) and monitor articles with overstock and suggest Store to Store stocks transfer to lessen/deplete the inventory. Regular monitoring of sell-through and cost recovery of New Items.
- Assist on store concerns / issues and everyday processing of all PR (Purchase Request) to ensure availability of stocks through STO/ PO creation.
- Regular monitoring of items for Pullout / RPO for Confiscation with coordination with Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, Operations and Audit Department.
- Monthly cleansing of all created PO and STO in SAP system.
- Processing all request for Re-Open / RE-PO/STO of documents that reach on its validity date to address concern regarding discrepancy of received items vs DR/invoices.
- Monitoring the MAPE (Mean Average Percentage Error) of Actual Sales vs. Forecast.
