I would like to share my skills and experience with you . Allow me to share the work experience I have. I was part of a BPO company as a customer service representative for a US based healthcare account. The tasks are to assists doctors or providers calling for medical claims status, benefits and eligibility verification, authorization status, appeals and payments inquiry. I stayed with them for 2 years. After this job , I was hired as a medical biller and assigned to submit claims for 6 skilled Nursing facilities, do common tasks on AR management which includes aging review, checking for claim status , handling claim denials and appeals and payments posting . I've been enjoying the job for almost 2 years too .
