The modules are all created by Google trainers that packed full of practical exercises and real-world examples that allow me to turn my knowledge into action.
- Received certification from the HubSpot Academy, demonstrating my knowledge of SEO and ability of optimize a website to perform well in search engines.

AMAZON SELLER SUPPORT
- Ensure that the seller central account is performing well by supervising the merchants who use Amazon as a selling platform in the following areas:
• Managing and correcting errors in listings such as stranded, suppressed, pricing error, blocked, and etc.
• Manage and reconcile FBA Shipments
• Handle claims from A to Z and Safe-T
• Reimburse incorrect FBA and Referral fees
• Look into inventory discrepancies, such as missing, damaged, or disposed units.
• Monitor the status of orders for removal, FBA, FBM, and MCF.
• Evaluate negative customer reviews and feedback if removable in accordance with the Amazon guidelines
• Help sellers to improve account health or maintain a “Good” rating to avoid account deactivation by addressing all policy violations in a timely manner through checking seller performance notifications.
• Generate and analyze reports for sales, returns, adjustments, and reimbursements.

MICROSOFT ANSWER DESK:
- Provided global technical support for all Microsoft product users by answering questions about software or hardware functionality and troubleshooting any issues related to Windows Operating System (OS) issues such as:
• Installation and reinstallation or upgrade to newer versions of OS
