I provide administrative assistance to small business entrepreneurs, real estate agents, brokers, and recruiters, and do paralegal duties for attorneys specialized in divorce and family law in the states. I've also worked in customer service providing support via phone, email, and live chat. I have a home office equipped with dsl, laptops, a Polycom phone, a scanner, a printer, a photocopier, and various licensed online tools for my clients' needs. I am a very quick learner and internet savvy so I don't have any issues using computers, social media, online programs, etc. I always follow directives and utilize all necessary steps to excel in any fast-paced environment and busy schedule. I have honed my knowledge and skills in my 20 years of working online and offline. I am willing to continually research and learn new techniques to improve my efficiency and efficacy.
