Customer Service Expert

I have been working as a Customer Service Expert for almost 2 years now, focused purely on voice support. In this role, I handled a variety of customer concerns such as shipments, deliveries, refunds, scheduling repair appointments, and processing returns and exchanges. We used CRM tools daily to manage customer interactions, track service history, and ensure efficient issue resolution. I'm also a fast learner, which has helped me quickly adapt to new tools and processes, making me confident in taking on new challenges and learning platforms if given the opportunity.

I also have experience working as a Virtual Assistant focused on customer support through non-voice channels. In this role, I handled configuration tasks, chat and email moderation, and Monthly MBR troubleshooting. My responsibilities included resolving customer issues efficiently via written communication, ensuring accurate configurations, and maintaining a smooth user experience. This experience has strengthened my technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
