Profile Description

I'm an Executive Virtual Assistant and Operations Coordinator with 6+ years of experience supporting founders, directors, and healthcare organizations. Most recently, I coordinated daily scheduling for 10 to 15 client facilities and a workforce of 40 to 50 healthcare professionals (RNs, CNAs, NAs, LPNs, CMTs) at AMS Healthcare Staffing — managing shift assignments, last-minute call-outs, and credential compliance with zero room for error.

Before that, I worked as an Executive Assistant for a remote tutoring business, owning inbox management, calendar coordination, Xero invoicing, and building SOPs from scratch. I also led a Business Development Center team at an automotive dealership, supporting a director directly while managing a team's call volume, lead conversion, and reporting.

On the creative side, I've managed social media content calendars and paid ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram Ads) for corporate clients, tracking performance and optimizing based on results. I'm detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and looking for a long-term, full-time role where I can become genuinely valuable to one team rather than juggling many small clients.
