I’ve handled high-volume calls and outreach daily, including up to 100+ calls per shift in healthcare and 500+ outbound sales calls in a day, while keeping records accurate and organized. I manage CRM systems like Salesforce by tracking leads, updating pipelines, and making sure no opportunities are missed. I also do lead research using tools like ZoomInfo to help businesses connect with the right prospects.

I’m also tech-savvy and confident in using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to improve efficiency, streamline tasks, and support daily operations.

In addition, I manage bookings and guest communication using Airbnb, handling inquiries, reservations, and scheduling while making sure everything runs smoothly and guests have a great experience.

I work with the following tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Airbnb, Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, and other admin and communication platforms.
