Overall, I focus on making sure that what’s agreed commercially is actually executed properly—across systems, inventory, and fulfillment.

Currently transitioning into Web3, with a focus on decentralized operations, vendor/partner management, and on-chain budget governance — areas where I see strong alignment with my background in structured execution and data-driven decision support. My goal is to bring that discipline into dynamic, crypto-native organizations such as DAOs, where ambiguity is high and operational discipline creates real commercial and strategic impact.
