I recently spent nearly two years helping grow a US-based tutoring startup. I started out as a part-time VA, but quickly transitioned to full-time and was promoted to Operations Manager, working directly with the CEO. Because it was a startup, I wore a lot of hats. I built out our academic curriculum, designed math lessons on Canva, and handled the daily admin work—like recruiting and onboarding new hires, managing calendars, organizing cash flow, and setting up automations so the business could run smoother.

High-Volume Support: Before stepping into the VA world, I spent 18 months in a fast-paced BPO setting handling telecom billing issues and technical troubleshooting. If a customer is frustrated or things get stressful, I know exactly how to keep my cool and resolve the problem.
