A hardworking and effective Virtual Assistant specializing in Data Entry, Content Writing, Research, Copywriting and Customer Service. My strong organizational skills, reliability and being a quick learner can be a good contribution for the growth of any team.
These are a few of my several projects:
I worked for an Insurance Company for a year. My responsibilities include finding active Insurance Companies in all states of the US with their addresses and other important detail.
I also did research to collect car shops in all cities of Ontario, Canada with their addresses, services and business hours and did research for important information for a list of schools in a particular state like the school principal and their contact details.
I collected data from a list of cruise ships about their decks, number and kinds of rooms and schedules.
For more than a year, I did data gathering and other real-time info for different restaurants, bars and food trucks from any city in the US to help people see what what's going on.
I was a Property Data Researcher for two years. I gather information including Property address, Owner name, and Owner address from a long list of ---------- nding offers to property owners for a possible property purchase.
I also did Copywriting, content writing and product posting for two years on a deals site on UK.
I did Technical Writing for Ezvid Wiki, creating content for products and posting it.
For my latest project, I am writing children's stories with approximately 3000 words.
For three years, I was a Technical Support Agent for networking devices. I assist customers in setting up and repairing their devices.
My most recent job is being a Customer Service Support to a Real Estate Leasing company which hosts in Airbnb. My role is communicating with guest for their bookings, inquiries and complains. I am in charge of Resolution cases on guests with complains, refunds and damages. Other tasks are organizing bookings on our data base, collecting client information and process payments and refunds.
If given the opportunity, I can guarantee my full attention to the project.
