Hi, I'm Daphne.

What this looks like in practice:

For a US-based professional speaker and coach, I built a 5- workflow closed-loop automation system with 19 email templates, trigger-link approval gates, attendance tracking, installment payment logic, and Information logging. Every step from inquiry to payment to fulfillment runs automatically with built-in decision points the client controls.

For a 300+ member employee cooperative with 38 years of history, I designed a 7-module operational system covering loan application automation, member communications, admin efficiency workflows, onboarding flows, and a phased delivery roadmap. One system to replace years of manual paperwork and disconnected processes.
