I’m an Executive Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with 8 years of experience supporting business owners, founders, and executives across Australia and the United States. My clients have spanned trades, real estate, e-commerce, coaching, and finance industries, and across all of them one thing has stayed consistent. I build systems that actually work and keep businesses running without constant hand-holding.

My strongest area is CRM, and here’s what that actually looks like in practice.

I don’t just update records. I build pipelines from scratch, design automation sequences, create lead nurturing flows, set up tags and segmentation, and make sure every contact has a clear next action attached. I understand how CRM platforms think so I can configure them to match how a business actually operates, not just use them as a fancy contact list.

I’ve walked into businesses with zero systems and built everything from the ground up. Lead tracking pipelines, automated follow-up sequences, backup flows for unresponsive leads, CRM to Xero integrations, and live dashboards that give business owners full visibility without them having to ask me for updates.

I also build the SOPs and documentation that keep systems running even when I’m not there. I build it, document it, and hand it over cleanly so the business doesn’t depend on one person.
