For the past 4 years, I've worked as a remote Executive Assistant supporting a founder and senior executives across the US, ASEAN, and UK — managing calendars spanning multiple time zones, coordinating international travel, and keeping inboxes from turning into a second full-time job.
What I bring: I don't wait to be told what's urgent — I anticipate it. I've managed calendars for 3 executives at once, scheduled 10–15 meetings a day, and coordinated 2–3 international and domestic trips every quarter, all while handling confidential business information with discretion.
I'm currently looking for my next role supporting a founder or executive team that needs someone who can own the operational chaos so they don't have to think about it.
