Profile Description

I have worked as a Executive assistant and Transaction coordinator with different clients for almost a decade.
I've gained  valuable skills  and systems throughout my career.  Responsibilities include email management, calendar management, providing customer service to clients, preparing call lists for real estate agents, providing marketing materials, customer relations, data entry, transaction coordinator tasks (listing to close) and admin tasks.
I used different systems such as Google and Microsoft for communication and reports.CRMs and Tools I've handled include Sisu, Cinc, Ctc, Brivity, Skyslope, Dotloop, MLS, Docusign, Showing Time, CSS, Infusionsoft, Trello, Zipforms, Cole Realty, KW command, Follow up Boss, Canva, Zillow, Sierra and homelight. 
I'm a team player and make sure things get done accurately in a timely manner. I look forward to provide high end and quality service.
