I have assisted customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies. I ensure a balance in all transactions (including petty cash) at the end of the working period. I also mentor new employees as part of peer-to-peer mentoring program to improve efficiency of on-boarding process. I was also responsible for creating new accounts, updating accounts and monitoring insurances, remittances and membership marketing.
