I have been a Telesales in a distributor company for 2 years. When I was a Telesales, my job was to receive and follow up orders from our existing customers through the telephone and as well as setting appointments with our Managers to a prospected customer. I also did the Sales Order Entry through the program Exact Globe. I also submit a telesales report at the end of the day. The contents of the telesales report are the orders I received together with their corresponding amount and at the end of the day we total it up. Aside from that, I was also a Receptionist and a Front Desk Officer at the same time, because I screen the callers before connecting them to the people they want to speak to, I am also asked to do a long distance call and I also entertain walk-in customers. 70% of my job is all over the phone and 30% of it is in the computer. Basically, my job is really Customer Service.
