Profile Description

I am a nurse in profession and I am interested in caring for the ill and healthy people. I have very keen mind in what to specifically address a person's need and wants. I have encountered a diversity of people in unique areas, for example in the community, hospital or common places where people meet. With regards to this, I have been a volunteer in the hospital (nurse trainee) since September 2009 to May 2010. I have intensely managed to be initiative in giving out care to unique individuals with various illnesses. I learned the correct ways to handle hospital equipment as well as procedures.
I also divulged into the call center industry as a curious person, I experienced how to talk to people from all over America and helping out solve the problems they have with the cellular phones. The time may be short as it was for 2 to almost 3 months but it definitely gave me ideas on how to speak their language and adapted to their accent.
These two opposite poles of experiences I had were amazing and gave me confidence in my interpersonal skills. The outstanding similarity I can cite is good communication must be a two-way offer or else the effort and time are a waste.
