Profile Description

I have worked as an Appraisal Data Entry Clerk in a busy appraisal firms in the US for more than 8 years. I have used the Total software for data entry. I have coordinated with several appraisers to help them with their daily assignments through Excel and Word Apps. My main responsibilities were filling up the Subject/Contract section, MLS listing in the Listing History and seller concessions. Getting the zoning/requirements and plats on the improvement section. Filling up the comps grid and Subject/Comps sale history. Making the sketch and getting the maps as well.
Willing to be trained and eager to learn new things every day. I have my own laptop to work on with and my own workspace. I also have a reliable internet connection with the speed of 70mbps and an extra monitor. I have an alternative broadband internet in case of connection problems. Power interruption is not a problem here since I live in the city.

Moreover, I have worked as a Logistics clerk in Toshiba Inc., a Japanese firm based here in the Philippines for almost 3 years. I have used SAP system, coordinating customers from all over the world. I was responsible of shipping Toshiba laptops and its spare parts. I would get the demand from the orders and make sure that it would be served on that day.  In addition to that, I have also worked as a Department clerk in Hitachi Corporation, another Japanese firm based here in the Philippines for more than 6 months. 
I have learned to finish my job before the deadline for the benefit of the company. I am very hardworking and diligent in finishing my job. I am friendly and can get easily along with others. Willing to adjust my working time for my client's convenience. Patient, reliable and most of all an honest person. Self-motivated, proactive and can work with minimal supervision.
