I've been a Customer Service Representative for 2 years Email Support. That was basically a non voice account. We're the ones who respond to the concerns of the customer regarding with their order that was delivered by the rider from the Upgrade to see actual info my 2 years experience of handling customer complains about their order since that account was in line in food industry, I can say that I've learn a lot in handling customer. But of course in non voice way. Also, I been in Content Moderating industry for 1 year. We're the ones who put restrictions on a certain video before they populate in a certain social media platform. Being a moderator is actually hard and challenging since we're dealing with different kinds of videos. During my Content Moderator stage, I got used to those videos with explicit and gory content. I also had some part time experience in Data Entry and Sales Account
