I am a Licensed Civil Engineer and Master Plumber with experience in construction project management, estimation, and virtual administrative support for US and Australian clients.I worked for two and a half years as a Turnover Management and Technical Services Engineer in a real estate company, managing project turnovers, coordinating contractors, monitoring installations, resolving site issues, and maintaining detailed reports and documentation.
I’ve also supported a home remodeling company and a concrete/masonry subcontractor as a Virtual Assistant, handling project coordination, subcontractor compliance, procurement follow-ups, invoice tracking, scheduling, and document control.
