Profile Description

I am fairly computer educated: I can use MS word to type documents and manipulate MS powerpoint to make presentations. I surf the net a lot. And I have and idea about HTML but not an expert of it (i.e. I've been doing layouts for my blogging sites in the past but they're not my own, I just tweaked the ones I've found online). I've worked with a call-center last year, and it required troubleshooting. So I am fairly comfortable in front of the computer. I can work with MS Excel but, honestly, it is a struggle going through with it in a timely manner. Overall, I just want to work for your company to be able to help you improve your business.
