I had been with customer service for almost 4 years so I know how to handle different customers. I also know how important it is to satisfy and get things done on time for the clients to be satisfied.I got my first job as an
inbound technical support for 2 years in which I do not have any idea on what the job really was until I got hired and endorsed on the floor to start taking calls.I am an AB English graduate and networking stuff is really very far from my field but I was able to cope up with the new information along with the training provided to us.
I may not have all the skills that you want but I believe everything could be learned and I am very willing to explore on new things.
