2. Mobile Application DeveloperConflict Sensitive Resource and Asset Management (COSERAM)July to August 2018Android Studio, XML, and Java

The engagement shall cover and include Mobile Platform Development, Data Integration, and Operation - from July to August 2018. It aims to develop a user-friendly CSPP Facilitator's Manual on a mobile platform. This application stores the Facilitator's Manual in the Mainstreaming of Conflict Sensitivity and Peace Promotion in the comprehensive development plans of the Local Government Unit (LGU). Thus, To achieve the objective of the assignment, the developer was expected to fulfill the following tasks with associated outputs: 

> To design and develop a mobile platform/application for Local Government functionalities, decision-makers, and planning practitioners and users. 
> To create a mobile platform that shall contain CSPP Modules and Session guides with arrangements based on its original format and include relevant information and references on peace and conflict topics by, for example, the Department of Interior and Local Government; 
> To ensure operationalization and intensification of mobile platform graphics by integrating plugins, extensions, and other software components to aggregate project-related content and graphics. 
> To integrate scripts or codes to ensure a smooth working application in terms of usage, and for this purpose, scripts and codes/programs shall be turned over to the GIZ COSERAM. 
> To facilitate test runs, improvements, if any, and complete operationalization of the mobile platform, and make himself available for technical support services whenever necessary to ensure smooth function of the developed mobile platform.


Non-Industry Related Experience/s:

1. Faculty / Instructor Caraga State University-Main CampusJanuary 2018 to July 2023

I have been a lecturer for six months and five years as a faculty under a contract of service at Caraga State University. I was involved in delivering significant and minor topics, including Fundamentals of Programming, Social Issues and Professional Practices, Computer Operating Systems, Integrative Programming and Technologies, and Introductory and Advanced Web-based Design and Development. 

In addition, I was involved in several internal and external projects at the same time: The Journal of Ecosystem Sciences and Eco-Governance (JESEG), which was a project extension of Caraga State University that I developed for six months; The Local Government Development Planning Facilitator's Manual set to be a Mobile Application intended to support the GIZ COSERAM - joint undertaking of the Philippine and German governments aiming to reduce conflicts in selected areas in Caraga Region and the Philippines; The development of the Math Alternative Assessment and Monitoring System for Basag Elementary School that supports DepEd Basag in the assessment and monitoring of the pupils/students in their Math learning progress, especially during COVID-19 Pandemic.

2. Computer Operator IVLocal Government Unit of Rosario, July to Dec. 2017, CodeIgniter, PHP, JQuery, Ajax, MySQL

6 Months as Computer Operator IV of the LGU-Rosario - Human Resource Management Office: Developed the Human Resource Information System with the following modules: Leave Credits (e.g., OBAS, Travel Order, Sick leave, Vacation Leave, Monetization, etc.); Plantilla; Service Record; Personal Data Sheets; Module for Searching and generating of reports. I interviewed all the HRMO personnel for an effective plan and structure of the HRIS. Additionally, performed backup of essential files and documents, Input and Recording of the following: Support for Contract Services; Plantilla of Personnel; Personal Data Sheet; Leave credits information. Finally, conduct short and quick presentations, training, and assessment on and before the project deployment.
