Profile Description

I am an all rounder virtual assistant who specializes in customer service, patient care, and appointment setting. I have been a remote medical assistant for 5 years with specialty on patient-pharmacy liaison. I am confident working with phones and different web apps. My good communication skills served me well in contacting different people may it be a customer or business offices. I am very good at turning leads into potential clients. I am mature enough with good stress management capability. I know the importance of time management & persistency when it comes to finishing tasks.

I started working as a call center agent in 2017. I believe that the communication skills I've developed over the last few years will allow me to contribute to the company to which I'd like to apply. Experienced professional with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and teamwork abilities. To find work in a call center, to use exceptional selling skills and product knowledge, as well as excellent communication skills, to achieve and improve customer satisfaction and successful product sales. Individual who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and has a solid medical background. I am interested in the position of inbound or outbound calls, where I can use my years of being medical assistant at backend office experience to help improve customer satisfaction.
