Profile Description

I am an Information Technology graduate with a diverse background in administrative support, customer service, online teaching, and digital content management. I have strong organizational skills and experience handling various administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

My administrative skills include internet research, lead generation and organization, data entry, calendar management, email correspondence, appointment scheduling, file management using Google Drive and Dropbox, and creating reports using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications. I am also familiar with keyword research using Google Ads Keyword Planner.

As an experienced Online ESL Teacher, I have developed excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the patience to work with students from different backgrounds. This role has strengthened my time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills while maintaining a high standard of professionalism in a remote work environment.

I also have experience managing social media pages, creating engaging content, and designing marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

I am a fast learner, detail-oriented, reliable, and highly adaptable. I work well independently and as part of a team, always striving to deliver quality results while continuously learning new skills.
