I graduated from Far Eastern University as a cum laude in International Studies. My bachelor's degree isn't related to my current job but it speaks of me being able to learn and adapt to the job I'm in.
I began my career as an executive assistant for a dental distribution company where I provide support for the company executives. I am responsible for lead management from the company's social media assets; maintaining the master list database and migration of after-sales service records; and preparing monthly reports of company revenue, profitability, team performance versus KPIs. While working in that company, I also took on the job as the Club Secretariat of the Rotary Club of Mandaluyong (a Rotary Club in the Philippines) where I provide overall administrative support for the club President and Secretary; assist in correspondence and follow through to help carry out the decisions the club has made; and, keep club members and the public informed through E-bulletins (Copy-editing, layout, and sending).
I'm a consistent achiever, a fast learner, and work well with others. Backed with the experience of supporting key people in organizations, I hope to land a position where I can do the same and contribute to the company's growth.
“For years, I maxed out my hours, got burnt out, and the quality of my work would start to go down. I decided to take the leap, hire correctly, and now it frees up my time to focus on growing the business.”
