Interacting with a wide range of people daily has taught me to handle rejections gracefully, adapt to different personalities, and maintain a positive mindset.
I'm also passionate about collections, particularly in the healthcare sector, where I've gained experience in A/R collections, insurance claims, and negotiating payment arrangements for medical accounts.
