I have been dealing with different personalities both here in the Philippines and few state in the United States, with these diversities in life I had observed and learned on how to deal with some locals in the United States.
My experience as well working in 2 call centers and one publishing company help me understood the culture and ways of an american.
I have a big knowledge on how to use the computer and some applications as I finished a 2 year vocational course with computer.
I may not have experience with some software applications however i have a vast of knowledge on how to use the MS Word & MS Excel.
I believe I should be hired because of I was able to interact with the people in the United States and also my working experience with Convergys, Sykes and Xlibris Publishing.
