I’m Kyra, a former Air Traffic Controller who transitioned into Influencer and UGC Campaign Management, Project Management, and AI-driven systems building. I work with brands that want structure, clarity, and campaigns that actually move results, not just tasks checked off a list.

I manage influencer and UGC campaigns from start to finish. This includes sourcing and vetting the right creators, developing briefs they understand, coordinating deliverables, negotiating terms, and tracking content performance. I make sure campaigns stay organized, deadlines are met, and communication stays clear on both the brand and creator side. I’ve also led a team of outreach VAs and built internal workflows that keep everything running smoothly even when multiple campaigns are active.

I help businesses build systems that reduce chaos. I set up ClickUp, Notion, Monday, and Google Workspace workflows for creative and operations teams. I also build simple automation that removes repetitive work, such as lead follow-ups, creator onboarding steps, reporting dashboards, and handoffs between teams. When needed, I can support team coordination, client communication, and overall project pacing.
