Hi, I'm Erica. I support roofing businesses by helping ensure estimates are accurate, the scope is clear, and projects are ready to move smoothly from approval to production.

I bring 7+ years of combined experience in roofing operations support, customer service, and remote administrative work for U.S.-based companies. Over the past 3 years, I've worked closely with roofing teams as an Estimator Support and Roof Sketcher, focusing on accuracy, documentation, and clean handoffs between teams.

What I support in roofing workflows:

- Creating accurate roof sketches using aerial imagery (RoofSnap, Roofr, Nearmap, Google Earth)
- Reviewing and supporting manual estimate adjustments (materials, add-ons, fascia, partials, upgrades)
- Identifying missing details and clarifying the scope before estimates move forward
- Supporting routing and handoff between techs, estimators, and production teams
- Ensuring documentation is complete, organized, and production-ready

My role is not to manage projects or set final pricing, it's to support estimating accuracy, prevent scope gaps, and reduce rework before projects reach production.
