I worked in the BPO Industry for 4 years as a Customer Service Representative in different Telco Accounts. I cater to billing, troubleshooting, and inbound calls. There, I developed my skills in how to deal with people at the same time my ability to multitask. My experience helped me improve my communication skills, manage my time, and provide excellent customer service. I was also trained to be part of the Quality Assurance Team and our tasks are to evaluate calls and provide feedback on how agents can improve in handling customers.
